Youth Birthday Parties
A two-hour climbing celebration for ages 5–13, with rental gear, instructors and time for food and gifts.
Rental gear included. Groups of 6–15 participants.
The last 30 minutes can be reserved for food and presents.

Guided Adult Groups
A guided group experience with activities tailored to your group’s climbing level.
Groups of 6–15 participants. Online adult-group booking closes four weeks before the date. For a shorter lead time, contact BaseCamp Sales; all parties require at least two weeks’ notice.

Start with an orientation and warmup before climbing together.

Activities can include guided bouldering, a bouldering obstacle course and slackline.

Outdoor auto-belay activities depend on weather and air quality.
03 / Plan ahead
Plan your party
Plan at least two weeks ahead. Final participant counts are due two weeks before your event. Each climber under 18 needs a waiver signed by their parent or court-appointed legal guardian; group leaders cannot sign for them.
